The winner will be presented the prize of $10,000 USD at the 2024 Z3 Conference on November 17th and will be featured in a Z3 Podcast episode to discuss their work.
In a world where division seems the norm, building bridges is an act of heroism. This is more true than ever after October 7th and the war in Gaza. Z3 has decided to recognize that heroism with an award for the Jewish leaders who have done the unsung work of bringing together Jewish communities and people.
We’re on the hunt for individuals who:
Have shown outstanding leadership in uniting Jewish communities.
Have launched innovative projects that promote collaboration and understanding.
Are committed to bridging gaps and creating a stronger, more inclusive Jewish world.

Award qualifications
Requirements
Nominations must be received by September 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm PDT.
Self-nominations or nominating someone else are both permitted; the same person may only be nominated once.
Eligibility
The application must show how the nominee has effected or facilitated efforts in a professional or volunteer capacity within the Jewish community to bridge divides, bringing together individuals or groups with opposing views through dialogue, projects, and initiatives that foster unity and understanding.
If awarded, the nominee must be comfortable speaking about their work on the Z3 Podcast as a guest.
Please note that the award is designated to honor and recognize individuals who have demonstrated outstanding efforts in building bridges within the Jewish community. This award is not intended for organizations as a whole.
We encourage nominators to be detailed in their submissions to clearly outline the actions and impacts of the nominee’s work.
While we deeply value the work of coexistence and peace-building organizations, this award specifically recognizes individuals who are dedicated to creating connections and bridging divides within the Jewish world.
