Tamar Ben Ruby is the Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives in The Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Anti-Semitism. In her current role, she has also been part of the Ministry’s Global Communication efforts since October 7th. Previously, she served as Head of Marketing, Communication, and ESG Implementation for Arison Investments and Arison Group. Before that, Ben Ruby served for over 15 years as Head of the Private Sector in the Marketing Division at Pelephone Group and as Deputy Chief Marketing Officer at EL AL Israel Airlines.
